How do I claim Attendance Allowance?
Claim on GOV.UK once you have reached State Pension age. The form asks about the help you need in the day and at night. It is not means-tested and it has no mobility part. In Scotland, check whether a new claim goes to Pension Age Disability Payment instead.
- The lower rate in this catalogue is £76.70 a week and the higher rate is £114.60. The form does not let you pick the rate. A decision maker does.
